Responsibilities include managing room service operations, controlling costs, maintaining safety and sanitation, and mentoring staff in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of culinary experience in a hotel, restaurant, or Room Service operation.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of high-quality Room Service orders in accordance with hotel standards.
• Supervise daily Room Service kitchen operations, including food production, mise en place, and order coordination.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage food costs, inventory levels, stocks, and minimize wastage.
• Train, coach, and supervise culinary team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
