Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking an App Operations Lead for GOMO who will own and orchestrate how offers, campaigns, and features come alive inside the GOMO app.

This role goes beyond uploading banners; you’ll be the visual merchandising owner, campaign conductor, and creative guardian of one of the country’s fastest-growing digital lifestyle apps. Responsibilities include designing and launching in-app campaigns, monitoring metrics such as CTR and CVR, managing homepage placements, running A/B

Responsibilities

• Configure, launch, and QA in-app campaigns with conditions and triggers.
• Monitor CTR, CVR, bounce rate, and funnel drop-offs daily.
• Audit campaign flow to refine user journeys and avoid conflicts.
• Own homepage banners, tiles, and modals; manage placements calendar.
• Enforce visual hierarchy for promos (hero vs evergreen).
• Run A/B tests on visuals and placements; measure KPIs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, and analytics vendors.
• Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly impact reports.
