Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an engineer to design and develop industrial machinery and automation systems. You will prepare drawings, perform calculations, select materials, and coordinate with electrical and controls teams to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient designs.

You will review existing designs, support prototypes, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while documenting specifications and BOMs for manufacturing use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in industrial electrical design and automation is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, inverter/servo systems and industrial networks is beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards.
• Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial machinery, automation equipment, jigs, fixtures, and related mechanical systems.
• Prepare and review detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, assemblies, and design specifications.
• Conduct design calculations, material selection, tolerance analysis, and other engineering evaluations.
• Develop machine concepts based on production requirements, specifications, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with electrical, controls, PLC, manufacturing, and other engineering teams during machine development.

• Support prototype development, machine assembly, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Identify design-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, BOMs, and other engineering documents.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

Relevant experience in industrial electrical design and automation is preferred.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, sensors, motors, and electrical components.

Experience With Electrical CAD/design Software Is Preferred.

Knowledge of PLC systems, HMI, inverter/servo systems, and industrial networks is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Knowledge of applicable electrical safety standards.

Good communication and technical documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• ₱1,000 monthly Rice Subsidy + OT + Gasoline allowance, Car allowance, Housing allowance, License allowance

• Pre-employment medical reimbursement of up to ₱700 will be provided upon regularization. The employee must submit the official receipt from the clinic where the pre-employment medical examination was conducted.

Performance-Based Salary Increase

• Employees may receive a yearly salary increase based on the Company's Performance-Based Evaluation.
• The evaluation and corresponding salary increase will apply one (1) year after regularization and based on individual performance evaluation.

Service Incentive Leave (SIL)

Regular employees are entitled to one (1) paid Birthday Leave.
