Qualifications

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or similar logistics coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and systems.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and coordinating import truck movements to ensure timely cargo delivery.
• Plan routes considering traffic, schedules, and vehicle capacity.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff and clients for real-time updates.
• Manage dispatch schedules and daily assignments for trucking resources.
• Monitor movements and handle delays, breakdowns or issues.
• Maintain records of shipments, routes, and vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate with customs clearance teams for timely dispatch.
• Liaise with clients on delivery schedules and cargo details.
• Optimize fleet utilization to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
• Troubleshoot logistical challenges and implement solutions.
