Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year Import/Export experience in a multinational company.
• Licensed Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with local, national and international regulations relevant to the company's requirements.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Ensure importations comply with Bureau of Customs and other agencies.
• Verify duties and taxes calculations per tariff rules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist internal and external audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
