Job summary

Melcon Worldwide Logistics Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an Import/Export Operations Specialist to prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, and origin certificates, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will classify goods with HS codes, compute duties, coordinate clearances with brokers, and collaborate with freight forwarders and internal teams to keep shipments moving and audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or International Trade.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in import/export operations, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in ERP/logistics software (e.g., SAP), customs declaration platforms, HS code classification, Incoterms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management under tight deadlines, and negotiation/communication skills.

Responsibilities
