Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in import/export/logistics or related field.
• Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
• Full-Time position available.

Responsibilities

• Handle importation transactions from start to finish.
• Assist in requesting price quotations from accredited suppliers.
• Provide RDC copies of proforma invoices for import permits; monitor shipment status.
• Coordinate with brokers for delivery of shipments; track and document shipments.
• Maintain updated records of imported purchases, pricing, and data in the system.
• Ensure proper labeling and safekeeping of documents for international suppliers.
