Qualifications

• Understanding of shipment monitoring, importation processes and documentation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of price computation and cost analysis preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance claims and handling damaged goods is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible and results-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with suppliers and third-party partners.
