Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Greenhills, San Juan City is hiring a Procurement Assistant (importation) with 1 year experience to support procurement and import activities for radiopharmaceuticals and medical equipment.

You will prepare POs, coordinate with international suppliers and logistics providers, monitor shipments and costs, maintain records, and ensure regulatory compliance. Fresh graduates are welcome and willingness to learn import procedures is valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably SCM/BA/Logistics).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably 1–2 years in procurement, purchasing, or importation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Basic negotiation skills and knowledge of pricing, cost analysis, and supplier quotations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn importation procedures, customs documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
