Job summary

ADM Asia-Pacific Trading Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Importation & Logistics Specialist to support all foreign contract execution for imported commodities used in animal nutrition and pet solutions in Bulacan. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant purchasing and material release.

The role requires minimum 3 years in import and logistics, preferably in agribusiness or trade, with strong communication, analytical skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year experience related to import and logistics, preferably in agri-business or trade industry.
• Preferably with customs administration educational attainment.
• Self-driven team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Ensure foreign contract execution aligns with the purchase strategy of national commodity team.
• Provide copies of documents to internal stakeholders nationwide.
• Issue the purchase orders of all imported materials in the system nationwide.
• Review outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory from origin to destination.
• Ensure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position management.
• Reconcile outturn with service providers and internal stakeholders within shipment tolerance.
• Coordinate with Foreign Contract Execution Officer for claims related to quality issues and quantity variances.
• Coordinate with QFS team for guaranteed quality and any quality concerns.
• Submit weekly delivery plan to concerned departments for demand-supply alignment.
• Release imported materials timely in coordination with internal stakeholders and service providers like brokers and truckers.

About the role

The Importation & Logistics Specialist will be supporting all foreign contract execution roles for all imported commodities required for animal nutrition and pet solutions in Bulacan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all foreign contract execution align with the purchase strategy of national commodity team
• Provide the copy of documents to internal stakeholders nationwide
• Issue the purchase order of all imported materials in the system nationwide
• Review outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory for proper execution from origin to destination
• Ensure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position management
• Reconcile the outturn with service providers and internal stakeholders and ensure within the tolerance for shipments
• Coordinate with the Foreign Contract Execution Officer for claims relating to quality issues and quantity variances from outturn and Bill of Lading
• Coordinate on QFS team for the guaranteed quality on the contract and any quality related concerns
• Submit the weekly delivery plan to concerned departments for proper alignment in the demand and supply planning
• Responsible for timely releasing of imported materials in proper coordination with internal stakeholders and service providers such as brokers and truckers
