Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-year experience related to import and logistics, preferably in agri-business or trade industry.
• Self-driven team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and self-starter.
• Preferably with customs administration educational attainment.

Responsibilities

• Align foreign contract execution with the purchase strategy of the national commodity team.
• Provide copies of documents to internal stakeholders nationwide.
• Issue the purchase order of all imported materials in the system nationwide.
• Review outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory for proper execution from origin to destination.
• Ensure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position management.
• Reconcile the outturn guarantee with service providers and internal stakeholders and ensure within the tolerance for shipments.
• Coordinate with the Foreign Contract Execution Officer for claims relating to quality issues and quantity variances.
• Coordinate on QFS team for guaranteed quality on the contract and any related concerns.
• Submit the weekly delivery plan to concerned departments for proper alignment in demand and supply planning.
• Responsible for timely releasing of imported materials / In tally of sub-function | consideration

About the role

The Foreign Contract Execution Staff will be supporting all foreign contract execution roles for all imported commodities required for animal nutrition and pet solutions in Bulacan.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all foreign contract execution align with the purchase strategy of national commodity team

• Provide the copy of documents to internal stakeholders nationwide

• Issue the purchase order of all imported materials in the system nationwide

• Review outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory for proper execution from origin to destination

• Ensure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position management
