Responsibilities

• Forecast container arrivals.
• Data analysis.
• Coordinate shipment status with Buyers.
• Coordinate with brokers, consignee and suppliers to resolve importation issues.
• Facilitate paperwork and documentation for clearances, bill of lading, packing list, COOs.
• Validate supplier documents (health certificate, origin, tariff code, etc.).
• Update shipping details in the monitoring sheet.
• Process supplier payments.
