Job summary

SUNJIN PHILIPPINES CORPORATION is seeking an Import / Export Specialist to ensure accuracy of sales contracts, compliance with import requirements, and smooth shipment coordination in Norzagaray, Bulacan. You will manage documentation, broker liaison, and customs clearance to support timely releases.

The role requires attention to detail, experience in import/export, and immediate placement availability. You will work onsite at Norzagaray and collaborate with Accounting and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accounting-related course is a plus.
• With related experience in Import or Export.
• Available for Immediate Placement.
• Willing to work at Norzagaray, Bulacan

Responsibilities

• Ensures accuracy of sales contracts and compliance with import requirements.
• Secures necessary documentation and coordinates with broker for import permits application.
• Monitors shipment schedules, including ETD, ETA, and ETB.
• Coordinates with Accounting for dollar funding requirements.
• Reviews shipping documents and applies for insurance when terms are CFR.
• Oversees customs clearance and liaises with brokers to ensure timely release.
• Plans and manages delivery schedules for containerized and bulk shipments.
• Oversees SAP trade control processes and handles AP transactions for logistics and brokerage services.
• Prepares PO balance, projection, and usage reports twice monthly.
• Generates delivery reports and material ledgers at month-end.
• Performs additional tasks as instructed by the Team Leader.
