Job summary

AGRI EXIM GLOBAL INC. is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, including inbound/outbound operations, import/export, and freight forwarding with 3PLs. You will lead a team, optimize costs, ensure compliance, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Planning, Sales and Finance.

Darong, Sta. Cruz Davao del Sur is the assignment. Candidates should have 8–10 years in logistics with 3–5 in a supervisory role, a relevant degree, and strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, with 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong experience in Inbound & Outbound Logistics, Import/Export, Freight Forwarding, and Transportation Management.
• Proven experience in freight negotiation and 3PL/service provider management.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Darong, Sta. Cruz Davao del Sur.
• Must have: Import and Export Operations; Freight Forwarder and 3PL trucking services negotiation; Managerial experience in outbound and inbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, including shipment planning, dispatch, delivery, loading, and unloading.
• Oversee import and export operations, including shipment booking, customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with relevant parties.
• Manage and negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies, customs brokers, and other logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery performance, truck turnaround time, and cargo movement.
• Ensure proper logistics documentation and compliance with customs, trade, safety, and company requirements.
• Monitor and control logistics costs, including freight, trucking, handling, demurrage, detention, and other related charges.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Planning, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth material and product movement.
• Lead and supervise the Logistics team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and adherence to operational standards.
• Develop and monitor logistics KPIs and implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, shipment discrepancies, cargo damages, and other operational concerns.
