Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to assist the supervisor in monitoring and exporting shipments. You will check shipping documents for accuracy and coordinate corrections with related groups, ensuring smooth movement of goods.

You will also track shipment status with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and carriers, and keep the import/export monitoring file up to date. The role requires a BS in Customs Administration and at least 2 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.
• With at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Import/Export Supervisor in monitoring and exportation of shipments.
• Check accuracy of shipping documents and coordinate corrections with concerned groups.
• Monitor import/export shipment status with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and shipping line.
• Maintain and update import/export monitoring file.
