Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to support the supervisor in monitoring shipments and ensuring accuracy of shipping documents. You will coordinate with Customs Brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to keep the process smooth.

The role requires a B.S. in Customs Administration and at least 2 years of related experience; a Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration is required.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage.
• Knowledge of duties/taxes computation and import/export operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Import/Export Supervisor in monitoring and exportation of shipments.
• Check accuracy of shipping documents and coordinate corrections with concerned groups.
• Monitor import/export shipment status with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and shipping lines.
• Maintain and update import/export monitoring file.
