Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in import/export or logistics.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export shipments and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery.
• Review import/export costs, duties, and related charges.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues.
• Prepare IMPEX reports and monitor operational performance.
• Supervise and support IMPEX staff.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
