Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, import/export operations, or customer service.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, airlines, truckers, and customs authorities.
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Prepare, review, and process shipping and customs clearance documents.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with the Brokerage Team regarding customs clearance requirements.
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment transactions and customer communications.
• Assist in billing, invoicing, and collection-related concerns when necessary.
• Generate reports and provide shipment status updates to management.
