Job summary

3M is seeking a detail-oriented Import/Export Operations specialist to review shipment data, validate documents, and support customs clearance. The role collaborates with brokers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Specialist Diploma in Logistics or related field, 3–5 years in import/export, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Specialist Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade operations, or related operational roles.
• Experience reviewing shipment documents and operational data.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
