Job summary

3M is seeking an APAC Logistics Analyst within Global Logistics to support regional logistics operations across the APAC region. You will collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth order processing, transportation execution, and continuity of logistics activities.

Responsibilities include resolving transport and order issues, tracking shipments, providing timely status updates, and identifying improvements to regional logistics execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics operations, transportation, order management, shipment tracking, customer service.
• Fluent English communication with stakeholders across APAC.

As an APAC Logistics Analyst within Global Logistics, you will collaborate with diverse teams to support regional logistics operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth order and transportation execution while contributing to the successful transfer and continuity of logistics activities.

Your Skills and Expertise

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.

Experience in logistics operations, transportation, order management, shipment tracking, customer service.

Fluent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across APAC.

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Knowledge of APAC logistics processes and experience supporting operational transitions or knowledge-transfer activities.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, time management, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
