Job summary

SW Equipment and Materials Inc. is seeking a capable Logistics/Customs professional to join our team in Quezon City. You will handle international and local logistics, prepare import/export documentation, coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and brokers, and ensure timely customs clearance while maintaining compliance.

The role is onsite, Monday to Friday with some weekend flexibility. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in international and local logistics, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and local transportation regulations.
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Licensed Customs Broker is an advantage but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in international and local logistics, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of import/export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and local transportation regulations.

• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies is an advantage.
