Job summary

Panda Logistics Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking an Import/Export Officer for a full-time role. The successful candidate will handle E-manifest creation, determine MBL/HBL, and coordinate arrival details, billing, and delivery orders with carriers or co-loaders.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in English, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision are essential. Knowledge of Outlook and basic ops/accounting systems is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in using Outlook email.
Logistics/Forwarding experience and Inward Foreign Manifest using e-trade/CDEC not required.
Familiarity with an operations/accounting system is a plus.
Strong English, keen eye for details, able to work under pressure with overtime and minimal supervision.

Knowledge in creating E-Manifest in E-trade and send manifest.
Knowledge in determine the MBL and HBL.
