Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking an Import/Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments from origin to destination. You will ensure timely processing of permits and licenses, and coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies.

Track statuses and resolve delays and customs issues to maintain smooth operations. The role requires a Customs Administration degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with licensure as a Customs Broker

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.
• With at least 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Licensed Custom Broker is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in computation of duties/taxes and import operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Ensure timely processing of import and export permits, licenses, and related documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to concerned departments.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customs-related issues.
