Responsibilities

• Prepares withdrawal/deposit/transfer/return slips for multiple cold storage facilities.
• Coordinates with Production to prepare the weekly/monthly production schedule.
• Handles stock transfers between storage facilities and maintains proper documentation.
• Coordinates and confirms orders from Head Office when placed to storage facilities.
• Receives purchase orders from Bacolod and Dumaguete per policy.
• Coordinates with provincial branches for product specifications on PO changes.
• Secures required documents for inter-island shipping permits.
• Maintains NMIS documents (COMI and VQMILC) on file.
• Prepares Delivery Receipts for Parkwood walk-in clients.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Inventory Management Analytical Skills Attention to Detail

• Prepares withdrawal/deposit/transfer/return slips from and to different cold storage facilities for transmittal to the Head Office.
• Coordinates with Production Department and prepares the production schedule for the coming weeks/months.
• Handles transfer of stocks from Parkwood to storage or vice-versa and from different storage facilities and prepares accurate & proper documentation.
• Coordinates and confirms orders from Head Office, if orders were placed directly to the storage facility by any customer or account executives.
• Receive the purchase orders from Bacolod and Dumaguete as per policy.
• Coordinates with provincial branches for any product specifications or changes on purchase orders.
• Handles securing of the required documents for inter-island shipping permits.
• Keeps and maintains all NMIS documents i.e. COMI and VQMILC on file.
• Prepares Delivery Receipts for Parkwood walk-in clients.
• Performs all other tasks as instructed by the superior as need arises and as may be deemed necessary.
