Famous Pacific Forwarding Phils Inc. is seeking an Import Billing Clerk to support the accuracy of import billing and related documentation in our Manila-area operations.

You will review client billings, verify debit/credit notes from overseas agents, and coordinate with clients and internal teams on import concerns. The role requires meticulous attention to detail for endorsements and charges from carriers and lines, plus preparation of management reports to ensure regulatory and procedural

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review import billings to clients, particularly for consolidated (LCL) shipments.
• Review and verify debit and credit notes received from overseas agents.
• Handle and process import endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with clients, overseas agents, and internal departments regarding import-related concerns.
• Prepare periodic management reports.
• Review and verify charges billed by shipping lines, carriers, and other service providers.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of import billing documents and compliance with company procedures.
