Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Analyst in Cebu City to analyze, validate, and convert client data into RealPage systems for accurate product deployment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data proficiency, and attention to detail to translate business requirements into system configurations while maintaining data integrity. First 90 days are onsite, then a hybrid schedule with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, systems configuration, financial systems, or process-driven operational roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analyses.
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity during migrations or conversions.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of the conversion tools required to implement RealPage products and services.
• Transform client materials into formats usable by RealPage Conversion Utilities.
• Review client data practices to ensure proper data conversion for RealPage products.
• Enter data manually and analyze required reports.
• Review complex orders to confirm services requested.
• Peer and external quality assurance to meet quality standards.
• Communicate with clients to resolve data conversion issues.
• Document issues using account tools like Salesforce.
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Report status and obstacles to management.
• Assist in training and mentoring new hires.
