Job summary

Qualiserv Philippines, Inc. is seeking a logistics professional to manage inbound and outbound shipments and keep Import/Export files, reports, and permits up to date. The role requires knowledge of dangerous goods/chemicals, and coordination with PEZA, BOC, and BIR for shipments and movements.

Successful candidates will monitor imports, source the best supplier quotes, and track package progress, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations at FPIP – Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English is required.
• 2–4 years experience in logistics/supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments,
• Maintain Import/Export files, reports, records, and related permits/documents.
• Coordinate compliance with PEZA, BOC, and BIR regarding shipments and movements.
• Facilitation and monitoring of imports.
• Canvass for best quotations/prices from suppliers/brokers.
• Track shipments and communicate progress to management.

• Willing to work in FPIP – Sto. Tomas, Batangas
