Responsibilities

• Handle event inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and expectations.
• Plan and oversee events, ensuring smooth execution from setup through completion.
• Coordinate with operations, catering, suppliers, and other internal teams.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings.
• Monitor event budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and post-event feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales and event records and provide regular performance reports.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
