Job summary

Ethixbase360 is seeking a Product Owner to drive and translate business needs into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX, Development, AI & Data, Client Success, and other teams in an agile setting to deliver valuable product enhancements.

You will gather requirements with the Principal Product Owner, author epics and acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from discovery to release while supporting pre- and post-release enablement.

Qualifications

• Holder of valid documents with permission to work in the Philippines.
• Business level English (C1/C2), spoken and written.
• Analytical and detail‑oriented — able to break down complex problems and translate them into structured requirements.
• User‑focused — passionate about understanding user needs and advocating for solutions that improve experience.
• Collaborative — comfortable working across functions and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Curious and proactive — eager to learn about product capabilities, market trends, and client challenges.
• Comfortable in agile environments — familiar with agile principles and able to iterate with engineering teams.
• Strong communicator — able to produce clear documentation and articulate requirements.
• Organised and structured — manage backlogs and priorities across multiple workstreams.
• 4–6 years’ experience in a BA/PO or equivalent within an agile SaaS environment.
• Background knowledge in compliance or due diligence is well regarded.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate business and user requirements with the Principal Product Owner.
• Create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting docs for engineering teams.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
• Backlog grooming: organise, refine, and maintain requirement artefacts aligned with roadmaps.
• Clarify requirements with development and remove blockers; communicate with stakeholders.
