Job summary

You will maintain data integrity, perform quality checks, and provide timely support to participants, beneficiaries, and clients while collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process distribution requests accurately per procedures and plan requirements.
• Verify eligibility, calculate amounts, and prepare required docs.
• Ensure timely processing within service levels and deadlines.
• Maintain distribution data with high accuracy in company systems.
• Respond to inquiries and provide professional client support.
