Job summary

Empower is seeking a Retirement Representative in the Philippines to answer inbound calls about employer-sponsored retirement plans and assist participants with account navigation. You will provide retirement readiness education, run quotes, and participate in meetings and training sessions.

The role requires strong communication skills, an associate degree (or 1–2 years related experience), and willingness to work a night shift. Overtime may be required based on call volumes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business or related field preferred; if no degree, 1–2 years of directly related experience required.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans and general account information.
• Assist participants through IVR and website navigation.
• Submit research requests and follow-up after the initial call.
• Review and implement communications about plan updates and changes.
• Run disbursement quotes and attend trainings.
• Provide callers with education on retirement readiness.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Work overtime based on call volumes.
• May perform outbound calls as level requires.
