Responsibilities

• Processing monetary and non-monetary transactions for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy on transactions
• Strict adherence to non-disclosure of client information by preserving client confidentiality
• Complies with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and escalates issues as needed
• Researching queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with prompt replies
• Taking active participation in process improvements and automation
• Ensure Quality Control standards are adhered to
• Excellent organizational skills to identify and prioritize high-value transactions
• Complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines besides daily BAU
