Job summary

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) seeks a Project Officer to join our dynamic Project Management team in Laguna, Philippines.

You will plan, coordinate, and oversee technical engineering projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will work closely with customers and suppliers, manage relationships, and drive qualification runs, new product introductions, and BOM updates in the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least one year of project management experience in a semiconductor company.
• Experience and knowledge in SAP.
• Experience in project scheduling and BOM creation.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains customer relationships and communication.
• Identifies business development opportunities with existing accounts.
• Oversees new product introductions.
• Assists Product Marketing in RFQ and business development for prospective customers.
• Drives the conduct of qualification runs/NPI.
• Drives and oversees the execution of projects.
• Identifies opportunities to produce new products that meet customer needs.
• Responsible for BOM creation and updates in the system.
• Executes ECN and setup in the system.
