Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related engineering.
• Extensive experience in Power Module Test Engineering in semiconductor manufacturing.
• 4+ years leading engineering teams, projects, or programs.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards and functional safety.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Test Engineering team to meet objectives.
• Drive initiatives to improve yield, productivity, efficiency.
• Oversee NPI, product characterization, validation, qualification, and production release.
• Lead root cause analysis, failure investigations, resolutions.
• Develop and enhance test methodologies, processes, systems, and docs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Engineering, Quality, and customers.
• Champion innovation and best practices in test engineering.
• Manage projects, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
