Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in relevant fields or a bachelor with substantial experience, has strong governance and partnership skills, and can manage multi-stakeholder processes in Manila and nationwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights, Public Policy, or related field.
• Two years of experience in project coordination and governance work.
• Experience in budget, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management unit and coordinate day-to-day activities.
• Ensure implementation of work plans, budgets, procurement, and M&E in line with UNDP rules.
• Provide regular financial and narrative reports, enhance coordination with stakeholders, and ensure donor compliance.
• Foster effective working relationships and coordinate with UN agencies and partners.
• Support resource mobilization and development of project proposals and pipelines.
