The role requires managing funds, coordinating with UNDP teams, and ensuring deliverables align with NAP-BHR objectives while fostering collaboration with partners and stakeholders to advance Business and Human Rights governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights, Public Policy or related field is required or equivalent.
• Two years (Master's) or four years (Bachelor's) of progressive project coordination experience.
• Experience in budget/financial monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Unit for the FAIR BHR Project per UNDP guidelines.
• Oversee work plans, HR, procurement, and M&E for effective implementation.
• Coordinate with UNDP Teams and stakeholders; ensure accountability through reporting.
