Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service, loan administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of US mortgage/home lending process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process complex home loan applications from application through submission for underwriting.
• Review loan files and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with underwriting requirements.
• Communicate with customers, brokers, agents, vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and documentation.
• Clear loan stipulations and resolve documentation issues promptly.
• Submit completed loan applications for underwriting review.
• Manage and prioritize assigned loan pipelines to meet deadlines and performance targets.
• Ensure all loan processing activities comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline loan processing activities.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to less experienced Loan Processors.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve complex or non-routine issues.
