Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is seeking a seasoned Logistics Country Manager to lead logistics operations in the Philippines, based in Makati. You will oversee procurement, warehousing, transport, fleet, and reporting, ensuring compliant processes and efficient resource use.

You will manage a 10–15 person team, coordinate with headquarters and field units, and support Mindanao operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, objectives, strategies and delegation guidelines for logistics in line with the delegation's overall strategy.
• Supervise 10–15 staff in Manila/Makati area.
• Oversee all Logistics files and ensure compliance with procedures and government regulations.
• Manage finances for all Logistics cost centers.
• Provide guidance on Logistics policies and procedures.
• Ensure logistics transactions in JDE/IRIS are accurate and timely.
