Job summary

International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Makati, Philippines, seeks an ICT professional to lead service delivery, analytics, and digital solutions development. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder training, and delivering practical ICT solutions in a complex humanitarian context. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant ICT experience.
• Strong written and spoken English; French is a plus.
• Good practical ICT knowledge and end-user support experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with BA practices: requirements gathering, data modeling, translating needs.
• Experience building or configuring simple apps and workflow automations.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools for reporting and dashboards.
• Experience implementing digital solutions in ICT/business environments.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• ICT Service Delivery: diagnose and resolve incidents within SLAs and manage hardware, assets, and user administration.
• Data Analytics & BI: develop dashboards and data models to support decision-making across the org.
• Digital Solutions Development: design and deploy simple apps and automation tools to streamline processes.
• Stakeholder Support & Training: provide guidance and basic training on new tools and dashboards.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: maintain technical docs and knowledge base articles.
