Job summary

You will help the team operate as a center of excellence with strong risk and controls mindset. You will deliver monthly performance metrics across asset classes, validate returns, maintain databases, and support governance deliverables.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance reporting, attribution, or related analytics.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities under deadlines.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to diverse stakeholders.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Japanese language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance measurement and attribution processes across global asset classes.
• Deliver monthly client and fund performance reporting, ensuring timely and accurate production of performance metrics.
• Apply industry-standard performance calculation methodologies and tools to support consistent reporting outcomes.
• Validate and reconcile investment account returns to ensure data integrity, completeness, and traceability.
• Maintain and enhance performance measurement databases and systems to meet evolving reporting needs.
• Implement and execute data quality controls and procedures to reduce reporting risk and errors.
• Analyze changes in performance and attribution results, quantify drivers, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality by comparing computations from different sources (e.g., internal vs external).
• Provide ad hoc data research and analysis to support business questions and reporting requests.
• Support regulatory, controls, and governance deliverables, including documentation and evidence as required.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives by defining business requirements, milestones, and risks, and supporting testing activities.
