Job summary

Optum Philippines in Metro Manila is seeking a Content Writer to create and maintain clear training documentation for new hires. You will document system updates, processes, and SOPs to help customer service teams work efficiently and consistently.

Collaborate with SMEs to develop content from scratch, including facilitation guides and job aids, and ensure accuracy and clarity. This is a project-based engagement lasting up to six months in a global health care technology environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of experience in content writing for New Hire Training materials or related documents.
• Experience working with SMEs in a corporate setting, including leading discussions and content development.
• Willing to work on a project-based engagement up to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work instructions, job aids, and SOPs.
• Develop process workflows and client procedure documents (CPDs).
• Document system updates and reflect business process changes.
• Produce clear written communications for internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of following documents.
