Job summary

Catholic Relief Services in the Philippines seeks a CAPACities project team member to monitor and report on activities serving the poor and vulnerable. You will ensure best practices and continuously improve impact through thorough documentation and data collection in collaboration with partners.

Build capacity with local partners, coordinate evaluations, and support program quality, donor reporting, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery of project commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the program area.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project support.
• Experience in participatory action planning and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and organize implementation of all assigned project activities as outlined in the plan in line with CRS standards.
• Support accountability through coordinating project evaluation activities and assisting partners in data collection and reporting.
• Complete project documentation and assist with case studies and reporting on promising practices.
• Ensure learning accompanies project activities and guide partners to reflect on experiences.
• Support capacity building and technical support for community-based disaster risk reduction activities.
• Ensure project reports and documentation are complete and properly filed per donor requirements.
