Job summary

Fragomen in Manila, Philippines seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee OEC and overseas employment matters for corporate clients. You will lead a small team, ensure timely delivery, and maintain compliance with POEA/DMW rules, while managing client expectations and escalations.

You will advise on deployment timelines, prepare and review casework, and drive process improvements to enhance quality and service delivery in a global immigration practice.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; a related field will be advantageous.
• Experience handling OEC and Philippine overseas employment matters; strong knowledge of DMW/POEA requirements.
• Leadership experience including team supervision, coaching, or mentoring.
• Experience managing corporate clients, complex matters, and client or operational escalations.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset with opportunities to improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OEC and overseas employment matters.
• Advise clients on OEC requirements and timelines.
• Oversee case preparation, filing, tracking, and closure with quality and service levels.
• Lead, coach, and support the team on case management and day-to-day delivery.
• Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance to clients and teams.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.
