Job Description Fragomen is looking to hire an Assistant Manager to join our team in Manila, Philippines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a portfolio of end-to-end OEC and overseas employment matters, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Philippine regulations and Firm standards. Advise clients and assignees on OEC requirements, Philippine overseas employment regulations, DMW/POEA procedures, documentary requirements, and deployment timelines. Serve as a key client contact and escalation point, managing expectations, complex cases, and operational issues in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner. Oversee case preparation, review, filing, tracking, reporting, and case closure, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to service levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, government agencies, accredited vendors, and internal stakeholders. Lead, coach, and support the team on case management, technical matters, workload priorities, and day-to-day service delivery. Monitor regulatory and operational developments and provide relevant guidance and updates to clients and internal teams. Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and client experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in any discipline; a related field will be advantageous. Relevant experience handling OEC and Philippine overseas employment matters, with strong knowledge of DMW/POEA requirements and processes. Prior leadership experience, including team supervision, coaching, or mentoring. Experience managing corporate clients, complex matters, and client or operational escalations. Strong client relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality client service.
