Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment, deployment, immigration, credentialing, or staffing operations.
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience handling a team.
  • Experience deploying Nurses and/or Physical Therapists to the United States.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. healthcare recruitment and deployment processes.
  • Experience in licensing, credentialing, immigration documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience working with U.S. hospitals or healthcare employers is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete deployment process of Nurses and Physical Therapists bound for the U.S.
  • Manage candidates from endorsement through credentialing, licensing, documentation, immigration processing, and final deployment.
  • Monitor individual candidate cases, requirements, deadlines, and overall deployment progress.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, credentialing, documentation, immigration, and operations teams to ensure seamless candidate movement.
  • Liaise with U.S. employers, healthcare facilities, staffing partners, and other stakeholders regarding deployment requirements and schedules.
  • Review candidate documents and ensure that required credentials, licenses, certifications, and other supporting documents are complete and properly processed.
  • Identify potential delays or issues and take timely action to keep candidates on track.
  • Provide candidates with clear guidance regarding requirements, processes, timelines, and deployment expectations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, deployment trackers, and case documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with internal procedures and applicable U.S. healthcare deployment requirements.
  • Lead and supervise the deployment team, ensuring timely completion of assigned cases and deliverables.
  • Develop and improve deployment processes to increase efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Prepare regular reports and management updates covering deployment status, pending requirements, and overall pipeline.
  • Handle escalated candidate or stakeholder concerns and ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Oversee pre-departure coordination and ensure candidates are fully prepared for deployment

  • Experience working with U.S. hospitals, healthcare facilities, staffing agencies, or healthcare employers is an advantage.

  • Strong case management and ability to handle multiple candidates and processes simultaneously.

  • Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.

  • Willingness to work with U.S. time zones when necessary.
