GH Premier Review Center Inc. is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment & Deployment Manager in Manila to lead the end-to-end recruitment and deployment of healthcare professionals for international opportunities.

You will supervise the deployment team, monitor documentation, and drive efficiency across sourcing, screening, documentation, and deployment while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, healthcare management or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, deployment, or workforce operations.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or international deployment is preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and managing candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and deployment process for healthcare professionals.
• Manage candidate pipelines for Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Supervise and coach recruitment and deployment team members.
• Monitor progress from sourcing to deployment and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to avoid delays.
• Set targets, KPIs, turnaround times, and monitor pipeline performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to boost conversion and deployment efficiency.
• Maintain complete candidate records and status updates.
• Handle candidate concerns, escalations, withdrawals, and deployment issues.
• Prepare regular recruitment, deployment, and pipeline reports for management.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment & Deployment Manager to lead and oversee the recruitment, processing, and deployment of healthcare professionals for international opportunities. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate pipeline, supervising the deployment team, monitoring documentation and processing requirements, and ensuring candidates progress efficiently from recruitment through deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end recruitment and deployment process for healthcare professionals.

• Manage candidate pipelines for Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare positions.

• Supervise, coach, and provide direction to recruitment and deployment team members.

• Monitor candidate progress from sourcing and screening through documentation, processing, endorsement, and deployment.

• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external partners to ensure timely candidate processing.

• Establish and monitor recruitment and deployment targets, team KPIs, turnaround times, and pipeline performance.

• Identify processing bottlenecks and implement improvements to increase candidate conversion and deployment efficiency.

• Ensure candidate records, documentation, and status updates are complete and properly maintained.

• Handle candidate concerns, escalations, withdrawals, and other issues affecting deployment.

• Prepare regular recruitment, deployment, and pipeline reports for management.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, deployment, or workforce operations.

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or international healthcare deployment is highly preferred.

• Experience handling healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Physical Therapists, and/or Occupational Therapists is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, assistant manager, or managerial capacity.

• Strong understanding of candidate pipeline management and recruitment/deployment operations.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working with recruitment metrics, reports, and performance targets.

• Able to manage multiple priorities and candidates at different stages of processing.
