Job summary

FHI 360 Philippines seeks a Laboratory Information Management System Coordinator to support the nationwide ILIMS rollout under the STRIDES project. You will coordinate across KMITS, OHL, and vendors to drive module deployment and ensure data privacy and interoperability with HL7/FHIR.

The role emphasizes monitoring progress, conducting testing, providing training, and delivering regular reports to OHL and donor partners, while aligning with national laboratory priorities and health informatics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or relevant health science field.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in managing software development or health informatics projects.
• Proven understanding of laboratory operations, health information systems, and data interoperability frameworks.
• Knowledge of DOH Systems, HL7, or ISO 15189 standards is preferred.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Capacity to deliver under tight timelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support ILIMS development and nationwide rollout in collaboration with KMITS, OHL, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployment and operationalization of ILIMS modules for national rollout.
• Serve as liaison between OHL, KMITS, labs, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure interoperability with other health information systems and data privacy compliance.
• Monitor progress, milestones, validation, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Coordinate pilot implementations and gather user feedback for improvement.
• Develop and monitor data quality assurance processes for ILIMS data.
