Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Project Associate (Health Facilities Support) to oversee rehabilitation and improvement of health infrastructure and ICT/medical equipment in BARMM-related sites. The role requires strong data management, CAD/ICT familiarity, and coordination with DOH/MOH standards.

Under HoSO supervision, the incumbent will develop work plans, review BOQs, and monitor construction and equipment installation while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field with 4 years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CAD software and project planning tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PhilHealth accreditation and DOH/MOH facility standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support rehabilitation and improvement of health infrastructure and OpCen facilities.
• Assist in maintenance training for equipment and ICT systems.
• Prepare detailed workplans and BOQs from assessments and stakeholder consultations.
• Monitor compliance of construction works with regulations and IOM standards.
• Support field monitoring and reporting, including documentation and photos.
