Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Deep knowledge of LabVantage LIMS administration and configuration.
Experience with LabVantage functionality including master data, interfaces, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for LIMS applications and laboratory users.
Oversee incident, problem, and service request resolution with timely closure.
Serve as primary contact for complex LIMS issues including integration and data.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, interface, and data problems.
Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
Coordinate issue escalation with vendors, infrastructure, and IT teams.
Maintain documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Lead and mentor support analysts and laboratory administrators.
