Job summary

Philippine Business for Social Progress seeks a field-based Program Officer to support iDOTS facilities in clinical TB management, ensure protocol compliance, and assist with data collection and reporting across catchment areas.

The role involves coordinating with laboratories and health offices, facilitating PMDT training, and promoting PICT and HIV testing. Strong organizational and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health or equivalent with 2+ years in PMDT or TB-DOTS programs.
• Experience in TB-DOTS is an advantage.
• Trainings in PICT, ITIS, PViMS or related systems are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to iDOTS facilities for TB case management and program compliance.
• Ensure TB patients are tested, treated, and reported per NTP protocols.
• Coordinate with laboratories, health offices, and partners; assist in data collection and reporting.
• Support in TB data consolidation and monitoring at the facility and catchment level.
